How to Prepare Amazonian Gold

Heat 6-8 oz of filtered water to just below boiling (~190°F). Choose your water/cacao ratio based upon your preferred texture and intensity.

Measure 35g (about 1/4 cup) of Legacy Cacao.

OPTIONAL:
Measure 1-2 teaspoons of organic ghee or coconut oil. (Our favorites are Goddess Ghee or Radiant Life Coconut Oil)

Come into full presence. Breathe. Feel your golden roots reach deep into the energetic center of the Earth. Allow the cacao to bring fortification back up through those roots into your core. Feel the pulse of the jungle. Listen, then weave your prayers and intentions.
Cacao is a 4-Element plant that requires oxygen to fully activate. Mix and aerate the ingredients together in a high-powered blender (e.g. Vitamix) for approximately 30 seconds until a thick chocolate head forms. Pour into your favorite mug.

The latest formulation of Gold is phenomenal! It was previously a touch too spicy but the heat has struck a wonderful balance now with the cozy flavors. I’ve also switched from coconut oil to ghee and that has really helped with anchoring the flavors. I love, love, love this cacao. It’s paramount to my soul ritual and keeps me grounded and connected to my true reality.

A friend showed up at my place one day and said "I'm about to elevate your whole world!" She put the beautifully designed Legacy bag in my hands and the journey began before that first sip. For me, it was and still remains a whole other level of frequency in one sip of cacao. One day I accidentally put 4 x 1/4 cups in LOL (instead of 1/4 cup) and for the next few hours I went into the most incredibly creative space - a whole other level! But that is not necessary! Just the 1/4 cup as recommended is a sublime trip and lifts the heart and takes the edge off any day that might be one of the more challenging ones. It's my favorite splurge and I see it truly as an investment in my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health!
