9oz yields approximately 54 teaspoons. Our suggested serving size for each cup of cacao is 1-2 tsp. So this jar will amplify around 30-50 cups of Legacy Cacao (though we end up using it on everything we cook!)

- "Grass-fed” doesn’t always mean fresh green pastures. A lot of cows eat dried hay all year long, meaning less vitamin-rich, less golden butter. The deep yellow hue you see in spring + summer? That’s real grass magic.
- Not all “cultured” butter is truly cultured. Some are just sprayed with cultures at the end. Traditional cultured butter is fermented cream churned into something truly alive, easy on the belly, long-lasting in the fridge, and the most divine base for ghee.
- Organic isn’t always better. Some organic butters come from cows fed only organic grains (hello, low-vibe fat). Meanwhile, small family farms with cows on lush pasture can’t always afford the “organic” label because it’s charged by the acre.
- Grass-fed butter is bursting with Vitamins K, D, A and E, nutrients our modern world is deeply lacking. It’s full of butyric acid (gut love) and balanced in Omega 3s and 6s, unlike seed oils that stoke inflammation.
